Business Jets Sales Director/VP


Job Description:


1、 Direct sales responsibility for Business Jets Sales and service, Sales team Management and responsible for the sales performance.
2、 Sales team building and develop sales area strategy, annual plan and short term sales tactics;
3、 Provide comprehensive assistant to sales team and sales activities management, including sales plan implementation, progress control and review etc.;
4、 Develop and grow new key accounts;
5、 Work with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities;
6、 Work with the marketing, engineering, and proposal teams to develop appropriate solutions and tenders to best meet the customer’s requirements
7、 Maintain and develop long term customer relationships, acting at all times to maintain and enhance the company’s reputation in the marketplace;
8、 Comprehensive Sales management, ensure all transaction were properly executed, including contract negotiation, product import and export, financial leasing and Aircraft delivery etc.
9、 Work close with OEM manufacturer, obtain latest products technical information and marketing support.

Requirements:


1、 Bachelor’s degree as minimum, higher degrees preferred;
2、 Minimum 8 years of experience in managing sales team with proven record;
3、 Overseas/aviation education background and working experience preferred;
4、 Experience in high-end public relations preferred;
5、 Responsible, meticulous, motivated, Customer-centric and independent;
6、 Able to learn fast and work well in a team, outgoing;
7、 Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
8、 Must be proficient in MS Office to prepare sales presentation, quotation and proposal and in email communications;
9、 Proficient oral and written English skills;
10、 Long term career minded.




Helicopter Sales Manager/ Director


Job Description:


1 Direct sales responsibility for Helicopter Sales and service, Sales team Management and responsible for the sales performance.
